Jenny Nimmo

I have just finished four of Jenny Nimmo's "Charlie Bones" series. They were a fantastic read and both my teenager and my eight year old are enjoying them. Nimmo writes about entertaining characters, magical plots, great villans, and sympathetic heroes. These books can be read and re-read.

This series has great characters, fantastic villains and entertaining plots. If you like Harry Potter, you'll like these books. They are "lighter" than the Harry Potter series, but still have enough depth to sink your teeth into.
